1. Checklist

1). If all Desk's Cables Connections are seated securely and tight,

2). You have switched the Power Outlet and

3). Your Power Adapter is glowing in steady green light.

2.  Troubleshooting

If you own a Single-Motor Desk, please check below the Troubleshooting Guide.

If you own a Multi-Motor Desk, please click on the "2. Troubleshooting—(2) For Multi-Motor Desk" in the navigation bar to your left.

(1) For Single-Motor Desk

Note: The most common cause for Tilted Desktop is correlated with Sync-Rod assembly.

Please choose the diagram resembles your controller and check the illustration below.

(2) For Multi-Motor Desk

A. Please reset your desk as instructed at 

https://fezibo.gorgias.help/en-US/error-code--inoperable-desk-28690

B. If the issue lingers, a Cable Switching Test is needed by

     a. Switch the Desk Motor/Leg Cables to your Controller, 

     b. Adjust the desk height again, and

     c. Check if the desktop would tilt in opposite direction.
